Each Session can be customized but will typically be 30-60 minutes in length including time for presentation, Q&A, and demonstration. Food demonstrations and recipe tastings can be added for an additional fee based on expected participants. Participants may attend as many or as little presentations as desired. Participants will receive recipes and handouts from topic presented. Pricing is based on quote and number of participants, call for more details.

Kajal Desai- Co-founder of Doonya. Kajal's workout has been celebrated on Oprah, Dr. Oz to SHAPE magazine and has everyone raving about this exciting and incredibly fun workout. Kajal teaches a Bollywood-inspired dance workout routine using your own resistance and muscle control, you’ll leave with a stronger core, lengthened limbs and increased stamina to keep you invigorated for the rest of your day. Upcoming Collaborations: I AM Program- A workshop designed for adolescent women to promote empowerment around food & exercise. Ashley will lead creative cooking workshops that will focus on building positive relationships with our food and bodies. Kajal will lead an exercise and dance portion that exudes joy and promotes confidence with movement. Kajal and Ashley will also guide participants through mind-body medicine tools and practical insight for integrating what we learn together.

Jay Sutaria- Jay has been a full time Personal Trainer and Rehabilitation Specialist for 5 years. Jay serves as a lead instructor at the National Personal Training Institute and also works with professional athletes of the NBA and NFL, as well as the general population to alleviate pains associated with trauma and osteoarthritis. Jay’s thought process on training differs from the norm – he believes that men, women, and children should train properly avoid injury, overcome injury, and feel better on a daily basis. Jay uses corrective exercise techniques to correct imbalances and root issues. The main reason to train should be overall health and functionality.
