Do you accept insurance?
As you are probably already know, insurance isn't up to speed with covering some of the latest testing and tools available. For many of you this is why you've sought my support in the first place. Like you I've also gotten lost in the endless cycle of traditional healthcare and had to make the decision to take back control of my own health and destiny by seeking the health care I most aligned with.
That being said, I do offer reimbursement receipts called Super bills as a part of my programs when you work with me. I've had much better success with insurance covering things going this route than through the traditional direct route.
What should I do if I need to cancel an appointment or reschedule?
Please read the cancellation policy that you received upon booking. Our current scheduling system offers appointment reminders to help you avoid cancellation fees in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule. 24 hours advance notice is required when needing to reschedule or cancel all follow up appointments. Emergencies and unexpected things do happen, so there is some flexibility with moving appointments or providing credit towards your next session the first time. You can also reschedule or cancel your appointment on the appointment reminders and confirmations sent through email and text by clicking on the green button that says cancel/reschedule.
